What do I think this class is about?

I think that this class is all about media and reading media text .It will help me to develop my skill to analysis media text with including film, magazines , television ,e-zines ,CD covers , add ,photography and newspaper .This course will make me more critical about media text .It is also about acquiring an understanding of the major cultural theories including semiotics
, structuralism, narrative theories, gender theories, genre and auteur theories and post colonialism. At last, the class is bout how to read and write critically in the media.

What do I want to get out of this class?

I want to get acquiring the ability of critical understanding the media text. I want to learn how to write in media. I also want to get a clear concept about all theories included in this course. Then I want to develop my skill be various workshop and practical exercises. In the last class I choked my learning style(by the method of Marcia L. Conner) and what I knew ?I come to know that I am more visual than auditory and tactile. So I want learn visual and practical. It will bemore help full for me.
